Shipping
Where do you ship?
Jenna’s Doodles currently ships across Canada and to select international locations. Shipping availability and delivery estimates are shown at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically packed and dropped off for shipment within a few business days.
If you've chosen the Economy Parcel, it will be dropped off for shipment typically in 10-30 days (unfortunately it is not available for PO Boxes). I offer this option so that customers can have tracked shipments at a discounted rate. Due to the location of the drop-off I spread out my trips. I only suggest this option if you are not in a rush to receive your items.
If you need it as soon as possible, please select Canada Post Expedited Parcel. Delivery times vary depending on location, shipping method, weather conditions, and carrier delays.
Do you offer tracked shipping?
Tracked shipping options are available at checkout for customers who would like shipment tracking and delivery updates. Tracked shipping is available for Canada Post Expedited Parcel as well as my Economy Parcel option. Standard Lettermail does not have tracking.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Jenna’s Doodles ships to many international destinations. International delivery times and customs fees may vary depending on your country.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns & Customer Support
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
If there is an issue with your order, please contact me and I’ll do my best to help. Due to the nature of handmade and small-batch products, some items may not be eligible for return unless damaged or incorrect.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me with photos of the packaging and product so I can help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact me as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible without extra costs.
What should I do if my package is lost?
If your package appears lost or delayed, please reach out and I’ll help investigate the shipment and determine the best next steps. Please keep in mind that Standard Letter Mail does not have any tracking.

Yes! All Jenna’s Doodles artwork is created by me - Canadian artist Jenna Gregory as part of an independent small artist business focused on whimsical, cozy, and nature-inspired design. All illustrations are original with no use of AI.

Yes! Jenna’s Doodles is a Canadian artist brand, and products are designed and printed with original artwork created in Canada.
Do your colors look exactly the same in person?
Because screen settings and monitor displays vary, colors may appear slightly different in person than they do online.
Are your greeting cards blank inside?
Yes! Jenna’s Doodles greeting cards are blank inside so customers can write their own personalized messages for birthdays, thank-you notes, encouragement, holidays, and meaningful everyday moments.
What size are your art prints?
Our art prints are available in multiple sizes depending on the collection. Print sizes and product details are listed on each individual product page.
Are your stickers removable?
Most vinyl stickers can be removed from smooth surfaces, though adhesive strength and removability may vary depending on the surface and length of use. They are forgiving if you have just placed it and want to take it off to reposition, but after awhile it can be hard to remove it without damaging the sticker.
Are your stickers waterproof?
Yes! My vinyl stickers are designed to be durable and long-lasting. They are suitable for water bottles, laptops, notebooks, journals, and other everyday surfaces. They are safe for the dishwasher, but hand-washing will ensure they last even longer.
